José Alberto Peña Piña

Founding partner, specialist in Labor Law and Amparo Trial. In the aforementioned areas he has worked independently for more than 20 years and intervened in worker-employer matters, in labor procedures, drafting of individual and collective contracts, internal work regulations, as well as in amparo proceedings.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, he also has postgraduate degrees in Civil Law and Civil and Commercial Procedural Law at the Universidad Panamericana, as well as Amparo Trial at the ITAM, and is a member of the Mexican Bar Colegio de Abogados, AC, where it participates in the Labor Law and Constitutional Law and Amparo commissions.
