Founding partner, specialist in Civil and Commercial Law, Administrative Law and Amparo Trial. He has extensive experience in civil, commercial and administrative litigation; in the aforementioned areas he has represented clients in matters related to banking law and insurance, administrative contentious procedures with special emphasis on port matters, litigation in maritime matters, commercial competitions, execution of judgments issued abroad and arbitration awards, administrative appeals, as well as as amparo trial.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, has a Postgraduate Degree in Civil Law, Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, as well as a Masters in Administrative Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association, A.C., where he participates in the Constitutional Law and Amparo, Civil Law, Procedural Law and Commercial Law commissions.
